Services Provided

Free Tile Clinic

At Tile Outlets of America we believe that the best customer is an educated customer. To this end, we offer regularly scheduled clinics every Saturday and Sunday in our in-store Training Center to help you learn how to install tile and become a better educated tile and stone shopper.

Our clinics are also intended to help you determine when a project is within your ability to do it yourself or when it may be better for you to hire a professional for the project. We are dedicated to providing you with the best information and teaching aids for both products and installation methods to allow you to make the most informed decision possible.

Installation

We do not offer professional tile installation services, but we can provide you with a list of tile installers in your area. We encourage you to contact several installers and obtain a quote and a list of references from each one since we do not independently verify the qualifications of any of the installers on our list.

Delivery

For your convenience, we can arrange for delivery through an independent transportation company if you have such need. Ask an associate for more details.

We make it easy for you!

As a courtesy, we will hold paid merchandise for up to 10 calendar days in order to allow you time to make arrangements to pick up your merchandise or for delivery. Due to the limited available space to warehouse customer purchases, there is a charge of $5.00 per day for each full or partial pallet of merchandise we hold on your behalf beyond 10 days from the date of your purchase.
